The first stage was a portal where you answered different questions in your own time. They were mostly examples of scenarios and how you would respond to them, with some math involved.
The next stage was a remote group interview with three parts. Firstly, a one-on-one interview with the recruiter. Some examples of questions they asked were: What is an agile workflow vs. waterfall? And what is MVC architecture?
Next was a scenario where you were in a pair with someone else. They would play an audio recording of a business meeting gone wrong, and you had to work with your partner to answer questions about the recording.
Last was a one-on-one with another recruiter where you went through a portal and completed different questions. They were very random, like: "Say as many first names beginning with the letter F," "Name all of the colors that you see," and "Name as many capital cities as you can." They were random, but I guess they just wanted to see how your brain works.
The last stage was a technical interview where they asked questions that were mostly simple data structures and algorithms, like "What is the difference between a stack and a queue?"
What is the difference between stacks and queues?
