Pros: 1. Brand Name. Getting an interview call from big brands is an easy task with a tag of Accenture. 2. You gain knowledge of working in a collaborative environment due to the big team size. 3. Good hikes, free transport, free gym, and extracurricular activities like cricket tournaments, etc.

Cons: 1. Management imposes an unrelated technology stack on employees, especially freshers. 2. There's a need to follow 9-hour office timings on a fortnight basis. Although, on average, people roam throughout campus, so they only give 4-5 hours of desk time. 3. Switching companies is easier than changing projects within the company. Twenty to twenty-five percent of employees are not happy and want to change. Thirty to forty percent are "shoelickers" and get promotions. The rest are the ones who actually work and are running the projects. 5. Accenture's HR are a bunch of the most irrational humans on Earth. Pros: There is not much pressure like other companies.

Cons: It's a service-based company, so salaries are lesser compared to product-based.

Pros: The best platform for one who is keen in growing and for quick learners.

Cons: Projects requiring more than one skill should be handed
