Pros: "Little" better salary than Indian IT Service Provider MNCs (not for employees with average or below rating).

Cons: Gradually, the work environment is getting worse as they started inheriting policies from Indian MNCs. Lots of new policies are getting added every quarter, making the work environment even worse. They have stopped lots of fun activities for a couple of quarters and also "almost" stopped distributing CP (Performance) points. Very few onshore opportunities compared to Indian MNCs. Longest working hours are 10 hours. Swipe-in/swipe-out times are tracked and "must" be at least 9.5 hours per day. No good development projects. Lots of politics, and higher management won't entertain anyone's concerns if it's about appraisals or awards. HR is the worst department, which might be the same in all IT companies. The HR team is very unprofessional, and nobody can expect an answer to a query within 1-2 months or more. Join ONLY if you don't have any other option.

Pros: Great environment to start your career. Good place to be.

Cons: Growth depends on the kind of job you get and your supervisor.

Pros: Depends on the project. People are collaborative, and the culture is good.

Cons: Hike cycle in recent years.
