Interview Process:
1st round: Basic questions. HR connects and schedules an interview.
2nd round (Technical Round): One-hour interview. They have their portal; your screen will be locked, and you will see a black screen with the interviewer's face.
3rd round (HR Round): Questions about joining location, notice period, expected salary, previous salary, etc.
Within a week, you get the offer.
Feedback: Accenture's recruitment process is excellent. They always connect with the candidate. Multiple times, they verified with the candidate and resolved doubts.
