Pros: 1. The range of projects that one would get is really large.
2. You stay in synch with what's happening in the technology world around the globe by all those global email letters.
Cons: 1. Compensation is way too low.
2. Laterals get more than what people who have been here from the start get.
3. The peer group is not something you can be proud of.
4. The peer group is not just technically unsound; they are not even aware of general knowledge, and it makes you dumber too.
