It was a nice interview experience. First, I introduced myself. Then, the interviewer asked me questions on my resume and the projects that I had mentioned. I described them. Then, I was asked about my internship and what language I prefer to code. It was a good experience. Looking forward to many more interviews.

Pros: Salary hikes if your project does not turn out to be old contractual ones, which had been going on for years.
Cons: If it's the old contractually based project, which has been going on for years, it would be a highly toxic environment to survive among the people who have been there from the very beginning.
