* Decent pay for contract work if it lasts.
* Ability to work remotely.
* The people on the team were great to work with.
Cons: Was not truthful about contract length and expectations. People have families to feed. Imagine hiring someone and letting them go less than 8 months after that.
Clunky team sizes.
Frontend and backend differentiation lead to poor coordination and misunderstandings between teams.
