Pros: The work environment is very good, especially for women employees.
The cab and shuttle facility is good.
Cons: 9.5 hr office timings are not good.
Politics are there. If you know how to do spoon-feeding, then this is the best place to work with :P.
No flexibility to work with the different areas.
