Pros: Very good and talented bunch of people. Excellent opportunities. Nice perks and benefits too.
Leadership is inspiring. HR people are responsive.
Huge repository of latest tech and management consultancy stuff in its online library / learning center.
Cons: It depends completely on which project you get into.
Some projects are top-notch, and you get to learn a good lot of stuff, whereas some are mediocre, and others are poor in terms of 'Knowledge Quotient'.
