Very bad experience. They don't respond to your mail or calls. They called me for the next round instead of mailing, but I couldn't receive that call; it just rang for 4 times. After calling on that same number, they didn't pick up nor replied to mail.

Pros: Very friendly work environment.
Specially for women, they have many policies to help them in their situations.
Cons: Talent is not recognized; politics happen for promotions. Favoritism happens during hikes.
This is very demotivating for freshers who join without an engineering degree. If you have more experience, they will still keep you at an entry level. People who joined my batch with engineering are earning very well, and we are still struggling to move to the next level.
