It was a two-day process.
First, there was the Aptitude Round.
Shortlisted candidates were called for a Group Discussion.
And finally, the Interview Round.
Five candidates were called in together for the interview.

Pros: At Accenture, you are free to explore multiple domains based on your skill set. They let you hone your skills by providing various trainings to the employees.
Cons: You have to adhere to the timings and complete at least 10 hours a day. They do not see the quality or the effort you have put in to complete that work.
