Cons: Skill change opportunity: Projects will ask for experience on a new skill before onboarding you. You might face a hard time there. Every organization comprises different kinds of people. Be aware of politics on some projects. Growth for its own employees is not lucrative, but when they hire, they can offer nice pay. Onsite opportunities are less. The onshore vs. offshore gap is amply clear. Learning: You will have to do it in your personal time. Sometimes that can be hectic.
