Process
The recruitment process had around 4 rounds.
First was the online test, which consisted of quant, reasoning, and technical MCQs. This was an elimination round.
The next 3 rounds were compulsory for everyone who got shortlisted in the first.
- 2nd round was coding.
- 3rd was communication.
- 4th was a virtual technical + HR round.
The first round was medium to hard. Coding was medium level, and communication was easy. The last round was completely about projects and teamwork. Overall, it was a good experience.
