It was started by completing the coding round. There are 3 coding questions: easy, medium, and hard. I completed 2 coding questions correctly, so I was selected for the interview.

- OOPs concepts.
- SQL queries.
- Explain about your project.
- Write the Java code for finding the unique characters in the string.

No biased system.
Cons: Promotion and rating systems.
Comparison while rating with resources from other domains and other teams is NOT fair (e.g., .NET with Java and testing). But once promoted, compensation is better than other consulting companies.
