- Coding Round: There were 2 coding questions. The difficulty level of these questions is easy and medium.

Pros: Good brand, good hikes, nice work culture, and clear HR policies.
Cons: It's becoming "another Indian company"
Nowadays, you don't feel you are working for a top consulting MNC.
Everything depends on the project manager.
The new appraisal process gives too much power to the direct supervisor and managers, and they can easily screw up your ratings if they want.
Onsites are mostly given to TL and above.

Pros: Work from home. I can't think of anything else.
Cons: Very bad experience for any software engineer who respects software.
Arrogant people who think they have expertise in something, but they just sell air, a.k.a. PowerPoints, instead of delivering actual work.
