The recruitment process includes two key stages:
- Round 1 - Aptitude Test: An online, fully proctored assessment evaluating logical reasoning, quantitative skills, and verbal ability.
- Round 2 - Coding Test: A fully proctored online test focusing on coding proficiency, problem-solving, and algorithmic skills.
