The interview process had 3 rounds:
- Skill test
- Technical
- HR
I cleared all rounds, but even after clearing all rounds, they rejected my candidature without any reason.
I would say nowadays, interviews have nothing to do with clearing the technical rounds. It is just the mood of the HR to decide if they want to hire you or not.
