I applied through college or university.

First we had to complete the 2500 xp points on go for gold, then we moved forward to online assessment consisting of:

• quantitive aptitude
• gaming puzzles
• logical reasoning
• technical aptitude
• 2 ds question
• 2 sql query
• 1 frontend css qn
• one java script event listener question

Then next round communication round then personal interview

Interview started with intro and then asked to explain one of my projects, no counter questions, just asked what difficulties you faced and how you overcame them, and then moved forward to personal questions like what is your most favourite and least favourite paper, how did you manage to handle the toughest one, then asked do you have any questions. The whole process lasted around 12-15 minutes.
