Cons: You're just another number. Salary and promotion reviews are unreliable, as even if you are proposed for a promotion, you get left out when promotion quotas are filled. They haven't adjusted salaries for inflation increases in years. There are too many courses to take for internal policies, both in human resources/ethics and new technologies. Lately, the main topic is AI. Therefore, being productive on your assigned project and completing the courses is not compatible due to a lack of time.
