It was a total waste of time and effort. They kept rescheduling interviews and then would ask you to attend the next day. The interviewer acted like a ‘know-it-all’ and didn’t even care about your resume and experience. I answered every question according to my experience level, but he still had his hopes set too high. Please don’t shortlist people and waste their time. Why would they join your company if they already have every skill, experience, and knowledge, and you’re offering no growth to them?

Pros: The management was very careful and caring for its employees. The project I was involved in was very good, but that was just lucky. Overall, it was as good as it can get for a contractor.

Cons: The promotions (money-wise) were very stingy unless you had an offer from somewhere else.
