The hiring process started with a technical exam, followed by a coding test that included two questions. Out of the two questions, one was easy and the other was of medium difficulty. Anyone with a basic knowledge of any programming language can easily solve them.
Later, there was a communication assessment, which was not a knockout round.
After clearing all these rounds, I was called for the interview, which was a technical + HR round, headed by a panel of two. The interview went for about 20 minutes and it was more like a discussion. They just wanted to know about our communication skills and our nature. Not a single technical question was asked.
After a week, I received a mail from Accenture that informed me that I had been selected as an SE. One thing you need to focus on during the interview is your project. There will certainly be a huge discussion about it.
The first question was certainly to TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF.
The second question was TELL ME ABOUT ANY ONE OF YOUR PROJECTS.
The next question he asked was TELL ME ABOUT ANY OF YOUR FAILURES AND HOW YOU COPED UP WITH IT.
At last, they asked me if I had any questions for them.
