Process

A few weeks ago, they called for an online interview for an Application MVC Developer position.

They conducted the interview and asked me to fill out EAF and LOA forms. These forms took a lot of time.

I cleared the interview process and they initiated the background verification (BGV). After that, they asked for my preferred location and I signed an acknowledgment form.

Then, they simply ignored me. I don't know why.

It was a clear waste of time and energy.

They should have mentioned the real reason and replied via email if they were rejecting my profile or keeping it on hold.

Worst experience ever!
