The selection process was overall positive and well-organized. After an initial telephone contact with HR, I had a technical interview with two senior developers.
The technical interview was challenging but fair: questions on backend architecture, clean code concepts, and a few practical reasoning exercises rather than pure syntax. Overall, a positive experience that leaves a good impression of the company and the technical team.
