Software Engineer worked at Mumbai, India
Software Engineer • Former Employee
Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
September 7, 2010
Pros: One of the better IT workplaces in India.
It has a good work culture and environment, which is a huge positive.
Cons: Towards the end of my term at Accenture, increased work hours, a relatively bad pay policy, and high attrition led to a lot of stress in the work environment. Also, the new offices in Mumbai are at remote suburban locations, and commuting to and from is a huge pain. The process of getting into a project, especially for an employee with 2+ years of experience, is excruciating.
