Pros: It is good to work with a brand company in the software services field. The working culture is good and less stressful. There are good hikes, compensation, and promotions, etc.
Cons: The annual rating is not very transparent. Sometimes you will not get what you deserve. There are very few things to learn from a technical point of view in such a big company, as every work is divided among many people and you will get to know only a small part of any assignment. There are also very few onsite opportunities.
