Pros: It is a good opportunity to start once you have finished college. They have academies of different technologies.
Cons: Once you want to move to another branch, for example, from development to project management, or even from one project to another, they don't really care.

Pros: The VP from Consumer Banking was a good leader, and employee welfare was well taken care of.
They looked into developing employees to grow their careers in the industry. Teammates were very cooperative from the very beginning, and we always looked forward to going to work.
Cons: Learn everything from your colleague with no proper learning guidance. The company will not prepare any career advancement for current staff.
