The office location is nice. The interview process was satisfactory. The interviewers were professional and made me feel at ease. It didn't take long, but wasn't short either. HR's feedback was also faster than expected.

Pros: It's a really dynamic environment and a really exciting workplace. I'm learning a lot of cutting-edge technologies. It's a good company for starters (internship and first job experience).
Cons: It's not easy to increase salary and level. In Italy, the salaries at Accenture as a SW Engineer are too low, rather than in other EU countries.
