Pros: Nice work culture, GPTW activities, lot of new projects, fair evaluation, location preference after you get to some senior position.
Cons: training and the HSFP clearing. The average should be greater than 75% when you are not even assigned to any of the skills that are taught or evaluated.

Cons: Management is hopeless and keeps bullying you.
Don't join, especially if you are a female in tech.
