Pros: They have a lot of offices around Manila. You just have to be lucky to be assigned in one close to you.
Cons: They treat employees like equipment.
They don't listen to what employees want.
There's discrimination of salary based on the school you attended in college.

Pros: They have bootcamps, vouchers for certifications and have established groups of technology sections. High chance of being mentored by a good senior there.
Cons: Like any company, it's hard to upkeep political relationships if you are seeking to climb the corporate ladder.
They also have low pay for home grown employees.
