The interview was not bad, but it was a lengthy process. Before the interview, we needed to submit a lot of documents. The interview process was as follows: we needed to take an online test the same day, and a face-to-face technical round would follow.

Pros: Accenture has a great work environment and provides an outstanding opportunity to learn and grow. The respect for individuals and the continuous development of employees are something which I really like about this company.
Cons: There are not many cons about Accenture. The only thing I'll say is the entry-level training part that they can improve a bit to make it a perfect firm to work with.
