Pros: I was hired straight out of college and was trained to do ABAP programming for SAP systems. Accenture's training classes were great, and the project I was put on was one of the best I've had in my current professional career. They became family to me, and still to this day we get together for happy hour. I do believe they hire a certain character because it's not for everyone, but the people they do hire are excellent and few-and-far-between. They also have a special "Great Place To Work" bonus program that keeps spirits high and helps you connect with teammates and other coworkers.

Cons: It seemed like a lot of the projects weren't meant for people with little work experience, like me, a recent grad. I was lucky enough to get my foot in the door and gain some over the three years I worked there, but it's a rough start. My advice is to wait to apply until you've found your niche. They hire every skill you could possibly think of, which also makes a change in career path easier. Once you've networked enough, any position is possible.

Pros: Nice, good, benefit, flexible knowledge.

Cons: Work-life balance: Work from office.

Pros: Good training experience. Recommended for starters.

Cons: Compensation and benefits are lower compared to other IT companies.
