So, there is definitely a chance to learn. - Good for people who have a feeling of not being fully qualified yet and difficulties being hired. - Great company for internships (for students). The company loves them (very cheap people able to do work).

Cons: - Difficult to get a salary raise and be recognized in case of hard work. - Overtime hours are expected but not paid, with managers expecting you to use them as free days later, but that later might not come. - A lot of unqualified people are pushed onto projects by management to minimize the company bench, not to help the project move forward. - Very low level of transparency. - "Blame culture".

Pros: Pleasant atmosphere in the office, skilled and friendly people.

Cons: For some B2B contractors, the due date of payment is the end of the month. So the taxes must be paid before salary.
