Process

This was my interview process:

  • Interview with recruiter, talking about my experience and about the project where I would start the process.
  • Technical interview by phone: questions about Java, JUnit, Spring, Database, etc. Everything was in English.
  • They sent me the offer to see if I accepted it and continued with the process.
  • Preparation calls to have the interview with the client: basically, I had to prepare what I would say about my experience and review some topics about Testing.
  • Video call with the client: I think there were three people interviewing me. Everything was in English. I talked about my experience and they asked me few technical questions.
  • The client accepted me for the project and we agreed on a start date at Accenture.

Accenture paid for my expenses when I moved to Monterrey. They also paid for a hotel for two weeks.
