The 1st round is the Aptitude round. Even a 12th-grade student can easily clear it.

The 2nd round is the Technical round. A print statement can help you clear this round.

The 3rd round is the Communication round, where there is no shortlisting.

Finally, the HR round. Here, one guy who doesn't have much patience will interview you and hear less information about you. Then, according to the 80-20 percentage hiring rule, which is 80% they hire women and the balance 20 goes to men, they'll start the hiring process.
