Process
I went through the interview process at Accenture last year, and I found it very smooth.
After applying online, I got a call from HR for a basic conversation. Then, one small coding assessment was sent via email, which I was asked to bring to the interview.
The first round was a technical interview where the interviewer asked lots of questions on Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.
After clearing the first round, the second round was more on behavioral and cultural fit. After that, I was given the offer.
The whole process took about 2 weeks.
