Interview with low-level managers was a joke.
At least one (female) wasn't prepared for a conversation and had nothing to say. She dedicated all talking space to a developer who was thrown into the interview at the last minute. The female manager appeared sleepy, had uncombed hair, was disappearing from the video call, and was totally unprofessional.
The HR could never be reached for a post-interview follow-up.
After emails went silent, I drew the conclusion that Accenture is the worst company to be considered for employment.
Shame on unprofessional individuals at Accenture. You are a stain on the company's reputation.
