Pros: Work-life balance, shift adjustment, process changes if not happy with the current project, supportive team members, extra sessions, and training to skill you for the next level. However, a few managers won't allow you to grow, and management will also ignore these concerns.
Cons: Some toxic managers, favouritism, politics. If you don't agree with the toxic manager, they will spoil your promotion, hike, and bonus, and also spoil your name.
