Couple of interviews. One phone interview at a high level about me with the Release Manager. A detailed technical interview with 3 people on the phone, asking about different technical questions, mainly on:
- Architecture
- Best practices
- Design patterns
- Performance
- Observability
Questions
Coding exercise on the fly -- mostly on algorithms and data structures.
Work experiences: Scenario-based solution recommendations.

Cons: If you want to destroy your career, you can go to this company. You can't say no to any project. If the work does not suit your profile, your manager will give you a bad rating and put you in a PIP. You need to work even if you are in a hospital bed.
