The hiring process is as follows:

• Skills interview
• Document submission
• Final interview

The first round was good; the interviewer asked a few basic Informatica technical questions, some transformation/automation-related questions.

For the final round, the HR mismatched the skills of the interviewer and twice assigned the wrong technology person to interview me. There was a gap of almost 4 weeks between the first and second rounds. Since the skill mismatch happened, the second round was rescheduled after another 1.5 weeks.

Thus, it took over 3 months from the time I applied until the final round of the interview.

The entire process was very stressful and demotivating for me, and the HR team of this company really needs to work on it.
