I got a call from Accenture regarding a job opening. Firstly, a test needed to be cleared for the interview process, which I have given and also cleared.
I got the call from HR for the interview round. The first time the day for which the interview was scheduled, it got canceled on the same day.
Then, the interview got rescheduled for some other day. I have given the interview. It was all well.
Interviewer asked around 20 questions around Selenium, TestNG, Java, XPath, etc. I have given answers to almost all questions. He was even satisfied with my answers and wrapped up the interview 30 minutes earlier.
Interview went great, still, they rejected me just after the interview on email without any feedback.
I connected with HR to ask for feedback, and she has given me the feedback. The feedback has some points that the interviewer not even asked me, and has given all negative points for the answers that I have given correct answers.
All false points in feedback. Don't know why this happened, and HR said she can't do anything.
Waste of efforts and time.
Basic Selenium, TestNG, and Java related questions.
All theoretical, no coding.
