Test Automation Engineer Interview Experience - Pune, Maharashtra

Process

There were 3 rounds: skill test, technical round, and managerial round.

I cleared all the rounds. HR called me for a final discussion and said they were releasing an offer letter.

But they put me on hold.

So, I researched this situation. When they put you on hold, there are usually no chances of getting a call from HR or an offer letter, so wake up and don't wait for it. Even if they do give you an offer, there's no guarantee they will give you confirmed joining. I have examples from my friends.

One of my friends resigned from TCS because she had an offer from Accenture. But when the time came to join, HR called and said they couldn't join her. She had to agree to join with her current package, and even then, they didn't receive her call and rejected her. (I got to know this after my selection process, and this especially happens with lateral joiners).

So, make sure you have another offer. Don't join Accenture. If you are joining, then join at your own risk because there is no job security as well.
