Process
Interview didn't happen.
I was called and mailed 5 times from Accenture, which kept postponing due to their "unforeseen circumstances". Recently, the interview got postponed stating the interviewer was hospitalized (Seriously! You have one interviewer?).
Today, it finally got canceled stating my CV didn't match their requirements (Sooner they realized this! WOW). I had applied through the referral portal where my CV exactly matched the requirements, and now it was rejected.
I have blacklisted this company from my side. I won't be joining them in the future, nor will I encourage any of my friends, colleagues, or relatives to join this company.
The company is good as per its policy and work culture. The problem is their pathetic Talent Acquisition/HR team.
