Pros: You pay so so much.

Cons: You have a tough job interview.

Cons: Too many politics, no promotion and no hikes.

Pros: At this stage? Nothing. Accenture: avoid!

Cons: Management – they don't care for the lowest-level employees. No pay increase? You need to accept. Costs of living in Dublin – bills, transportation – going up, but not your salary at Accenture. They asked us to volunteer for a new project in Sandyford (or else they will pick and choose). We were promised free food and an amazing restaurant, which they closed before we arrived. There is no food, no coffee machines – all there is is a water dispenser and paper towel. Some employees don't even have desks to work in the office! Now we are told by a super hyped, cheerful lady (so inappropriate for the circumstances, in our opinion) that we are transferred back to the Grand Canal office and required to work horrendous shift hours. Morning shift 6:30 am, evening shift 3-11:30 pm. How are people who live in D24, D22, D18, D15, or commuter towns supposed to get to work? Sometimes there is no public transport at early hours, or going home so late that it is dangerous! Do they not take any concern or responsibility for our safety on the way to work and back home? I can't afford a taxi if I miss my last transport. They told us that there is no car park at Grand Canal for the ones who drive. But they say that we will have coffee at least! Every big and bad (for us) change you justify as a business requirement, but the truth to be told, all you care about is money (which we don't get) because the changes don't affect you – they affect us! So many of us will be looking for new jobs and not at Accenture. This company doesn't care for low-level employees. You have people dealing with one of the most nasty jobs. Jobs that have an impact on our mental health, and we are being underpaid and treated like nothing. You should remember, you wouldn't have a project to run if you didn't have people like us.
