Pros: Good opportunity to learn and upskill yourself. You will get good projects.
Cons: Salary hikes are cut at any time during the year. There is no assurance if you will get any hike in a particular year. Earlier, Accenture used to be good in terms of perks and benefits, but it is slowly downgrading its reputation. Layoffs and basically no increments are becoming a common norm.
