In the introductory phase, the goal is to get to know the candidate, their experience, and general skills in software development. Previous projects, fundamental knowledge, and analytical capabilities are explored here.

In the practical phase, technical ability is evaluated through two components:

• SQL Database: A practical case is presented where the candidate must design queries, optimize performance, work with complex structures, and demonstrate proficiency in indexes, relationships, and normalization.
• PHP Application: The candidate is required to extend or develop a functional application, demonstrating deep knowledge of PHP. This includes good programming practices, code structure, dependency management, security, database integration, and, where applicable, the use of popular frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.

The objective is to measure technical skills, problem-solving ability, and global understanding of a complete project.

Teamwork: Can you tell me an example of how you worked with a team to solve a problem? How do you handle conflicts within a team?

Adaptability: How do you react when a project changes direction at the last minute? What do you do to stay calm under pressure?

Communication: How do you explain complex technical problems to non-technical people? How do you ensure your team clearly understands assigned tasks?

Time management and organization: How do you prioritize your tasks when working on multiple projects? What do you do when faced with a tight deadline?
