Pros: Great place to work. You will learn many things and you will have an extensive catalog of clients to work for.
Cons: Growth is not easy for everyone. It feels ambiguous and dependent on your manager's ability to 'sell' you as a candidate for a promotion or a raise.

Pros: Accenture has represented a good opportunity for me. I have learned a lot here; it's possible to have a good work/life balance, and the company has a good culture.
Cons: Unfortunately, all the advantages mentioned are possible depending on the account where you have to work. The career path is not a priority or relevant, and the benefits could be better, despite not being bad.
