I recently attended an interview at Accenture where I was asked to introduce myself, discuss my projects, and at the end, they inquired if I had any questions for them. Overall, the interview went well.

The hiring process is not good, I feel, because they are just randomly throwing out people for the communication round without even giving the reason or rejection mail. Please look into this matter, Accenture. It will be better for your company if y

3 rounds: 1. MCQ + Coding round 2. Verbal round 3. Technical + Managerial interview The first two are easy-average at most. The interview is a breeze if you're well-versed in the basics and know most of the intermediate-level implementations.
