Good insurance. Occasional fringe benefits, such as swag and free streaming service membership, etc.
I was told it would be a technical job. I did completely non-technical work my first six months. After that, I still wasn't doing the work I was offered. Internal titles mean nothing. Once you get there, you're applying all over again for positions on projects, which is incredibly difficult for new hires. There's no guarantee you'll work on what you were promised in the interview process.
