Projects should not be assigned randomly to employees, especially freshers. Some people who are really good with coding are pulled into projects that require almost no coding at all, which makes them leave the organization.
The interview process took about 3 rounds: 1 online test and 2 interviews. Applied through university on-campus recruitment. The people interviewing were very chill, and the test was also decent – not too difficult.
