Challenging Work, Slow Raises
Currently getting good and challenging work. I have individual ownership and flexibility of using different technologies in projects.
Slow hikes (no hike since the past 1.9 years). Even slower promotions. Salary is less compared to the work I do.
Accenture management should be responsible for rewards and awards and should not depend on projects for this. Since I am not in a client-based project, I did not receive any recognition or awards, nor team dinners or anything which other companies usually provide.
